A lot more hoops to be played with Play In The Bay. The Season starts Thursday night Sept. 15th at Telegraph Hill Gym. Sign up before Aug. 16th to get in on the early bird pricing ($950 per team, $100 per individual), after that it goes to the regular pricing ($1050 per team, $120 per individual). Your fee includes 7 weeks of scheduled regular season play followed by 2 weeks of playoffs (every team is guaranteed 1 playoff game), up to 10 shirts per team, 2 refs and a scorekeeper at every game, and a prize for the Champions. Best deal for leagues in the Bay Area for both price and length of season!
If 10 teams sign up, then games will be at 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 PM each week. An 8 team league will have games at 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, or 9:30 PM (just all depends how many teams sign up). This is the Intermediate league, the Tuesday league is the Upper Intermediate league.
For all Free Agents (Individuals) we cannot guarantee a spot on a team but will go by a first come/first serve basis. We try really hard and almost always get some on a team, but if by some small chance we don't you get your money back and 50% off a future league. In the case the free agent option is not available, that means the league is full, please do not join a random team.
If you sign up a team you have the option to divide up the team fee amongst however many people you like rather than paying the whole fee up front yourself, but if everyone doesn't sign up in time the full balance will transfer to you. Just be sure that if you are signing up a team that you will be able to fill a full squad. If it's just a small group of you, please sign up as individuals and email us the names of your friends so that we'll be sure to put you all together. If registering for early bird pricing and selecting to divide the team fee, only individuals who actually register and pay before the deadline get the early bird price, those people who sign up after the deadline will pay the regular price.
